We send the security token to Cloudflare for verification and do not include it in the enquiry notification email.

The website is designed for Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare provides hosting and Turnstile spam protection. Brevo is used to deliver form enquiry notifications by email, including the enquiry details listed above. These providers process only the information needed to provide their services and may operate infrastructure outside the United Kingdom under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond to the enquiry, manage any resulting work, meet legal or accounting obligations and resolve disputes. The period will depend on whether the enquiry becomes a customer project.
